Creative, result-driven and motivated individual with 10+ years of managerial and customer service experience in many different settings and areas. Recently, I have decided to pivot my career to AWS cloud technology due to my passion for technology and my analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Currently, I am enrolled on AWS Academy with Optima IT and have already achieved my AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CCP), AWS Solution Architect Associate (SAA) and Security Engineering Speciality (SES) certification. I also am preparing myself for SysOps Administrator Associate (SOAA) and Solution Architect Professional (SAP) certification and am determined to complete them by Mid-October.

During my course, I have completed a few projects, where I designed solutions based on given requirements. In addition, I have completed a number of Labs and Quests on the Amazon Qwiklab Platform, which greatly helped me to acquire hands-on experience and skills on AWS technologies. I also have mentored new students within the academy and participated in live sessions for discussing and diving deep into particular AWS technology and services. Each experience has enhanced my skills and ability to explain to others the core fact and figures of AWS technology.

Throughout the course of my career and education, I have honed my communication and interpersonal abilities. I am an astute problem solver capable of prioritising and completing complex projects with proficiency and focused on new developments in my field. I have proven to be effective and motivational, with proficiency in interpersonal awareness and collaborative work. I enjoy brainstorming and coordinating efforts to achieve a common goal. I believe that my ability to listen and encourage others to put their point of view across helps to establish good working relationships.

• Gained comprehensive knowledge of core AWS services, for example, IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, Route53, etc.
